Upon your arrival we will start with squid ink cream puffs filled with salmon on a bed of yellow tomato cream, served with Valdobbiadene prosecco.

Our first two appetizers come from the sea,

Catalan-style lobster with Sardinian artichokes.

Scallop larded in brandy on a square of fried rice.

The next two appetizers will come from the land,

Delicate lentil parcel stuffed with cotechino on cheese fondue.

Terrine of foie gras and rennet apple with toasted brioche bread.

For the first course,

Cappelletti with porcini mushrooms served with venison ragout.

The main course,

Truffled beef fillet in hollandaise sauce and tricolor dauphinois.

To finish with,

Chocolate sphere with Cointreau, mascarpone cream and champagne, cantuccini crisps, and raspberry macaron.

 

There will also be a midnight toast!
