Learn how to make pizza just like the Italians!

In this late afternoon class, your pizza chef will introduce you to the making and history of this Italian creation. With a professional pizza chef, you will create a pizza, learn how to make tender, flexible yeast dough and stretch it to create the perfect base. Then cover it with a flavourful yet light tomato sauce. After that, it is up to you to create your own style with an unlimited selection of toppings. (NO PINEAPPLE!!!!)

This will be the best pizza you ever tasted, and you made it yourself!

After you have enjoyed your pizza, it’s time for gelato. Included in the cost is gelato from our homemade gelato.
